Absolutely amazing!!!!! My husband and I just bought our first home yesterday after a year and a half of renting. Lori was great about taking care if maintenance issues quickly and efficiently, and made our first home experience easy and phenomenal. She even went the extra mile and got us a congratulations gift to celebrate our new home. She was also the one that sold my parents their first home!! I 100% absolutely recommend them for anyone looking to get their forever home!!!!!

I rented a home to own two years ago in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. As a single person, who is also self employed, I thought that owning my own home was going to be a very difficult process to accomplish. Lori helped me with the process every step of the way. I closed on my house June 1, 2015. Follow her instructions, do the classes and go to the monthly meetings. Then you will be on your way to success. Life happens and it is nothing to be ashamed of. We could achieve home ownership with some hard work...  the information she has given us is so valuable that we would recommend everyone to go through (this) company and program because the education you receive... My family and I had been viewing the website for approximately two years before we decided to pursue contacting Lori about a home. Primarily, that was because we were not sure about engaging in a "rent-to-own" program and we had heard that programs like that were not ideal and sometimes were dangerous to get into because they turned out to only be beneficial to the other party instead of being mutually beneficial. When we finally decided to contact Lori, we were in a situation where we had been given notice to move out of the rental house we were in, and frankly, we truly wanted to have a nice home that we could look at buying, but we were going to need help. Lori and her company made it possible for us to get a very nice home in a wonderful neighborhood, and we absolutely LOVE this home.
